Vision and Mission Statements

The Vision of NewAim.org  is to enable community and social outreach services to people in need irrespective of personal circumstances, religious background, social status, ethnic origin, or handicapping condition, and to let them know that they matter in a welcoming non judgmental structured environment. 

The Mission of NewAim.org  is to respond to the social and spiritual needs of people in the community by providing non proselytizing activities, programs and services while promoting the development of faith through self discovery of the individual capacity bestowed by the Creator to seek happiness and success despite individual circumstances of  hardship or challenges in life.

                                                                          Goals

NewAim.org seeks to fulfill its Vision by Project Based Approach by means of a non-residential outreach programs whereas services can be provided  for the benefit of the community.  While in the program, people interact with workers trained to model to them how to deal with their hardship or challenges through the " Faith Four P's": Patience, Perseverance, Planning and Prayer. Children and Youth workers are screened in compliance with Megan's Law, and strive to gain the trust with mutual respect of young people as a foundation for mentoring. 

                                   Service Model

Fulfillment shall be accomplished by enabling community services in affiliation with other Nonprofit Groups for the benefit of people. Such services shall be implemented through modeling, counseling, teaching, mentoring, training, support, bridging, prayerful guidance and motivation to enable people to enhance their personal life experience. In the event that emergency shelter is needed for runaway, exploited or abused youth, such shall be coordinated with local and State institutions.

NewAim.org values aim to integrate people into their communities by enabling self accountability, development of  social tolerance, and preparation to become leaders now and tomorrow. Our outreach services takes a team approach, and values the active support and involvement of the community where our services are offered. Our aim is to help people to self realization through self respect with holistic growth - educational, intellectual, emotional, spiritual, physical, and socially.   

Prison Fellowship Partnership

NewAim.org is a partner ministry of Prison Fellowship http://www.prisonfellowship.org founded by Chuck Colson in order to provide Bible studies, support groups, and mentoring in order to support inmate reintegration to society. Therefore, our aim is to help enable inmate spiritual personal development with emphasis in (1) personal accountability,  (2) spiritual wisdom to cope with daily life situations, and (3) reintegration back into the community as productive members of society.  

NewAim.org does not provide legal, medical, food, shelter, money, or educational services.  

                                     Programs

Newaim.org seeks through a variety of programs, events, services, and social advocacy to draw the necessary resources through networking with established Institutions as well as other Outreach and Faith Based Organizations as vital for the benefit of the communities we aim to serve.  

                                Board of Trustees

Dr. Rev. Manuel de Jesus Cruz is the Senior Trustee of NewAim.org.  Dr.Rev. de Jesus has served as Senior Pastor for over 30 years of one of the fastest growing congregations in the Eastern United States, Bethel Spanish Pentecostal Church. Dr.Rev. de Jesus has the distinction of  being the Superintendent of the Assemblies of God in Dominican Republic prior to relocating to the United States in 1987. 

Rev. Cynthia Rios is the Director/Trustee of NewAim.org. Rev. Cynthia Rios is an Ordained Minister of the Assemblies of God, Public School Teacher in the State of New Jersey,  and an Appointed Child Advocate with the Atlantic and Cape May Superior Court Family Division through CASA. Rev. Cynthia Rios holds degrees in Criminal Justice, Theological Studies, a Masters Degrees in Teaching, and a Masters Degree TESOL from Southeastern University.

Jerry Rios is Program Developer/Trustee for NewAim.orgJerry set aside his career in Marketing Management in the Private Sector to serve his community as a Public School Teacher for the benefit of the children and a trained mentor with Prison Fellowship. Jerry also served Aspira of New Jersey Inc. as Coordinator of after school programs for the benefit of the children of the Pleasantville School District in New Jersey. Jerry Rios also holds degrees in Business Administration Marketing from the University of Puerto Rico, Music Performance from Kean University,  and graduate Bilingual Special Education from George Washington University.
